I’m an entrepreneur at heart, passionate about business, leadership, and people. I serve as Chief Operations Officer of Lighthouse Institute, a leadership development company, and get to work with some amazing companies. I am a USMC Veteran with a B.S. in Organizational Management, a Certified Practitioner of the MBTI Instruments (ENTP), and an Integrative Wellness & Life Coach. My most important roles in life are being a husband and a father to my three daughters. My personal WHY statement is to show up courageously and bring people together so that we can find freedom in our brokenness. Speaking, Facilitating, and Coaching provide opportunities for me to invest in the lives of others, fulfilling my ultimate purpose. With an intention to "close the gap" between where we are today and our full potential, modeling integrity and humility through service above self are my top priorities.
